This acquisition took place on August 30, 2024 and represents a significant milestone in Vretta's journey. It will allow Harris to continue delivering high-quality educational experiences that empower our higher education students to succeed academically and beyond.

Harris is a division of Constellation Software, a global leader with nearly 50 years of experience. With over 200 offices, 50,000 employees, and a portfolio of 500 companies, they have built a reputation as a trusted powerhouse in the software industry, consistently driving growth and excellence across sectors.

As part of this transition, Vretta-Lyryx has been rebranded and now operates under its new name, Harris Learning Solutions. This rebranding reflects Harris’s commitment to upholding the values and standards that have made Vretta-Lyryx a trusted name in higher education, while introducing new opportunities for innovation and growth under the Harris umbrella.

For Vretta, this transition provides a clear path forward to focus on delivering innovative assessment and learning solutions to students in primary and secondary schools (K-12). Our commitment to supporting student success remains unwavering as we continue to strengthen our offerings for our valued partners across Canada and internationally.
